  : this property is in the perfect location right next to the marina and a stones throw from the beach, nice quiet pool area, lovely large apartment
  : only thing I could say is that the property could do with a slight repair here and there in some rooms but nothing that affects the stay

  : Locatie was goed.
  : There is no way to get in contact with the staff on the weekend. We paid in cash and then we got charged the same amount on our creditcard aswell. We tried calling but didnt get any response for 3 days, still waiting. A lot of stuff was broken, wasmachine dont work, bench on balkony was broken, toilet loose and a lot more.

  : The property was extremely well presented and modernised . I booked a 2 bed apartment and it was right on the beach front. We had our own private access to the beach which was so convenient. The best part for couples looking for romance is the location of one of the bedroom had the full view of the beach front with sliding doors opening to the terrace. I felt soo spoilt and enjoyed seeing the view of the sea from my bed.
  : The property has been modernised, however there are some still outstanding small adjustments need doing such as the bathroom door runner doesnt still well and doesnt close properly. The balcony has chairs to sit on but would benefit a table to put drinks on and also need a towel drying rack as we had a polite notice not to dry our towels on the railing.

  : The location was great and the flat was big
  : Look. Nothing works in this apartment. The toaster didnt work, it had 2 washing machines and neither of them worked, as for the kettle there wasnt one. We had to boil water in a pot for a cup of tea.The best part of this apartment was the balcony, you should be able to eat your breakfast and dinner outside, what a view. However, (what a shame) the fake grass on the balcony is torn everywhere with big patches cut out of it , and all of the patio furniture is broken (and I mean all of it) you cant even sit on the couch, it has no seat. I went to see the host about it as soon as we arrived and she said she knew about it and it would be replaced today needless to say, 3 days later, no sight of anyone.The Apartment was not clean.Look, I own a small building company and my wife owns a small cleaning company (we should have brought our tools) electric screwdriver, a tube of silicone, some sticks like sh#t and a squeegee sponge, I recon 6 hrs and we would have had it pristineDoubt the host would have paid me though

  : DO NOT STAY HERE! The pictures you see on booking.com are not what you get when you arrive! We finally got into our apartment after an a couple of hours sat in bar waiting to get hold of someone. Only to be told the phone had been stolen, then be told our original apartment had a leak and that we had been upgraded to a 3 bed apartment. How lucky were we NOT! The room smelt of stale cigarette smoke and damp, drawers broken, mattresses dirty and had pubic hair on, no lights working in either bathroom including one with a broken switch, so no a change of bulb wouldnt have fixed it! Huge crack in patio window dodgy patio doors with gaps in it, open electric board and open electric switch (theres a leak in the building as well) insects in the fridge, pillows with dribble stains on them, it was awful and dark! Light outside of front door didnt work so had to walk down steps in the dark (and I mean dark), broken outside furniture! The list is endless and to top it off zero communication from the owners, they take your money and vanish! So to sum it up NOTHING TO LIKE!
  : EVERYTHING false advertising on booking.com dont use it unless your happy with a hostel vibe hotel!

  : Great location for nightlife, bars and restaurants and the beach obviously. The beds were good, nice cleaning, and well-equipped. Stunning views.
  : The apartment is overall in poor condition. Broken ceilings, sloppy paint-jobs, terrace "grass" old and looks poor. No windows in the bedrooms, nor in the bathrooms. Horrible atriumyard in the apartment below us, making all noise travel up to our bedrooms, making the apartment building very noisy. I wouldn't recommend this if you are travelling as a family or dont' like to sleep with a party at the neighbors place. We didn't sleep well for 4 days, and was awake several times during the night as they were making a lot of noise, screaming, music and more. Parking opportunities are rare in the area, and the on-site parking is a bit expensive. We didn't receive a key to the pool area as well, so had to wait for other people to use the facilities, so our kids could use the pool.

  : Poor building finish, sockets come off the wall, main bedroom window broken, no lights working in main bedroom, no aerial lead to the TV , 2 air conditioning units on the very small terrace blowing in your face, noisy boardwalk outside , kitchen not fit for purpose
