  : Not prepared for handicapped or old people- 2 doors for the facility, the backdoor is locked at 11 pm, you have to walk within the facility for 500 meters to reach the apartment. The front door has at least 10-13 steps of stairs. There is a handicapped said rail elevator but they refused to operate it. The security guard does not speak English NO help with luggage- you can imagine you need to move 3-4 suitcases about half a kilometer by yourself Check-in was very difficult- we arrived at the facility- facility front door/gate was locked- got in finally, but reception/security was very unhelpful. Finally, we understood we have to go to vacation Marbella office to pick up the key and know where is the apartment- note the taxi dropped us off in front of the facility and I had to leave my wife with the luggage in the street to find out where is the vacation Marbella office. Vacation Marbella office has no known working hours. many times you see them closed during working hours Small master bedroom bed
