  : Very pleasant, helpful staff. Very close to the lovely harbour where all the action is.
  : Very limited space to move around. Two people wouldn't work. Not enough shelving in minute wardrobe to store clothes. Handheld shower - a pain. Deep pillows very hard.

  : Good location for the old Port with plenty of bars and restaurants. Very close to the metro .
  : Whilst the room was clean and tidy it was small and basic. It was over priced but we had little choice as the prices of all hotels had been hiked up due to the rugby.

  : The position of this hotel is excellent, right in the city center, 3 minutes walk from the Vieux-Port. Around you have all the bars, restaurants, shops, clubs.The staff is very gentle and helpful.Cleanliness was ok.
  : So many things not working in this hotel for this price.In the description there is written there is air conditioning, but the air was not working and the room was so hot! The sun hit the room the entire day. I slept terribily because of lack of air and in the morning I woke up with a terrible headache, which affected me all day long. I complained with the staff at the reception, and the guy was really kind and gave us another room. Air conditioning was not working also there, but at leats it had a more fresh exposure.WiFi working only at the reception, not in the rooms.There is an elevator in the hotel, but it was out of service.The hotel is right in the city center, so expect noise all day and night long if your room faces the main street.

  : The lift was out of order when we stayed.
