: Decent location just on the edge of the historic centre. Practical and functional. Easy to get around by foot.
: Not a particularly pretty place. A little basic and expensive when we went compared to the other places we stayed in Puglia, Steep staircase my not suit all

: We planned a last minute visit in Matera, booked late in the afternoon for the evening a one night stay and it was great. Perfect location, literally a minute away from old the city and the super well connected to the new part too. The room was cleaned, we found towels and shower gel, a hairdryer and all we needed. Breakfast simple but nice and the host was amazing, checked us in late with no issues, served us breakfast in the morning and showed us the itinerary to visit the city on a map. Totally recommend it.
: The only problem was the AC being redirected on the upper part of the bed so the air was directly on our faces.

: Great location, good communication with host prior to arrival, very nice renovated room, good breakfast options
: No dedicated parking, public parking garage (8 minutes walk) over night was 20 Euros. Getting to rooms require climbing steep staircase. Room #6, while nicely renovated, has partially low ceilings and low doorway clearance which is a disadvantage for tall people. Room was adjacent to noisy breakfast room, which cuts the night short.
