  : Lovely stay , two parking spaces available in the car park next door with parking up the private road by the side available too . Large house in a perfect location with lovely walks and local pubs and cafes . Perfect short walk to Matlock bath and Matlock . Only down side there is no large kitchen and would have been better with more en-suites (rather than just the one and no toilet on the top floor) . There was also sadly only one toilet roll per loo (so we had to buy more) . But overall a lovely stay, thank you for having us !

  : The Garden space was very good, astroturf lawn was a shame but understood the appeal for it being fake grass. The outside garden was a recent landscape it appears and was executed very very well.
  : The Sofa was very poor and very worn out. The mattress in one of the room (top floor rear facing on left) was of a very poor foam quality and as a result decided to sleep on the sofa for comfort. The kitchens are small but there are two of them. The music digital hifi does not work.
