  : My mom stayed in a king room and said her room was great! We liked that there was no pet fee and the beds were fairly comfortable.
  : My family booked a 2 double bed room. When we got in the room, the room was dated and looked like it was falling apart. We took all of our luggage off the cart, my husband went to leave the room to get more luggage and the door handle on the inside fell off. He went downstairs to ask for a different room. The man at the desk kept asking my husband if he had USED the room. My husband kept telling him we had just gotten in there with our kids and dog when the handle fell off. He finally had us move across the hall to a 2 queen bed room. He told us that we would be charged the difference in room price. My husband had to tell him to waive the fee. It was not our fault that they put us in a room where the door handle falls off (extremely unsafe in an emergency) and now we had to move all of our stuff and our kids. Another issue we had was that there were almost no luggage carts and the one my husband could find on our checkout had all flat and busted tires. The elevator takes FOREVER, so if you stay here just use the stairs. The breakfast was mediocre and the area seemed sirty with flies all over! The location of the hotel is also not very nice and there were homeless people sleeping on the street right by the hotel. As we were waiting to check out, there was a lady with her daughter checking out and the lady at the desk asked how their stay was and thw mother hesitated and said "It was just ok" so it was not just us that had that experience. I do not think we would choose to stay here again.

  : The property is a little sketchy and both of us got real bad vibes it was also dirty and unclean.

  : Only 1 washer was working. Inconvenient when with multiple users. Only 1 elevator. Older hotel. Pictures on website not accurate to actual quality.

  : All the amenities in the fitness room didn't work.The sink in the room leaked.The shower turned on and off at random times during the night.The power seemed to be turned off during the night. At 6:30 (breakfast was at 6 am), there was no WiFi in the room in the morning and no lights or air conditioning in the fitness until the staff turned it on when they saw us go in to use it.
