  : Staff was great and very helpful
  : Honestly, the hotel and room were in very poor condition. The elevator was broken. Also, the toilet broke in my first room, I was changed to a second room and it also broke the next day. The bathroom's lights were gone and they put a lamp there instead. Also, I was charged w security deposits, one for each night and I'm still waiting to get back the 2nd one.

  : The price is right for the condition of the hotel. But if one looks at the Astor about 20 years ago when it was THE place to stay which I have done since it was first renovated ( because it was the first hotel to put in double glazing). I sincerely hope you will get the place back to its former glory.

  : shower faucets didn't work so couldn't take a shower. There was no closets or dressers to store clothing. Very noisy room of of the staircase. We pre-booked the room so had a return stay a week later, but found the hotel had closed. Were still waiting for a refund.

  : I liked the staff since they were extremely friendly. Specially Alex and Mario who work at the front desk, who were so kind with my wife and I, taking into consideration we were traveling with a 3 months old baby and helping us with anything we needed.
  : The elevator didn't work for the entire duration of our stay, and from what I can see in the comments it hasn't worked since at least December. We were given a room on the 3rd floor, thus we had to walk up and down the stairs with our 3 months old baby and all of the things a baby needs. The pool was closed which was sad specially because of the baby. And before traveling I messaged the property so we would have a crib and they confirmed it, yet when we arrived we were told there weren't any cribs at the property, so they didn't know how someone could have confirmed the crib..

  : The hotel had water faucets that had broken knobs. The room was off of the fore escape stairs well and very noisy. There was no closer. The room was soooo different than pictures. We arrived for a subsequent reservation 3/2 and found the hotel out of business
