  : old, worn down, pictures has nothing to do with reality. Dirty!! Rooms are not cleaned properly. And…… they’ve got roaches …………… like this is a nightmare

  : Good localisation and pool access.
  : Check in experience was a really weird one. You are told that there is a valet parking available on site so we headed up straight to the hotel. At the hotel entrance there is a sign saying that if there is no valet standing in this point, head to the desk to let them know.Fortunately I wasn't alone so my partner went inside but was told that you need to do check in first before valet can take your car. They didn't have any space in front of the hotel to park a car for check-in so they told me to find a parking spot on the street. This is Miami so all parking spaces are paid, so basically you have to find and pay for parking space to then pay for valet parking (which is almost half of the price of hotel stay - $50).After 45 minutes of driving around the hotel to find space I gave up and parked in the middle of the lane, checked in, paid extra for valet parking, just to be told that someone will come for my car in 15 minutes. WHY it couldn't be done before? Makes no sense. Moreover, I had to wait over an hour for someone to actually appear for the car.Ridiculous, I have wasted 2hours driving around the hotel waiting for someone to pickup the car instead of enjoying Miami.DO NOT RECOMMEND THE VALET SERVICE THIS HOTEL PROVIDES - IT'S TERRIBLEAnother story - at around 9pm hotel was raided by police officers chasing, I assume, some hotel guests. They were running around corridors, fire stairs etc. No shots were fired but for first visit in US it was terryfying, especially after hearing the stories about how bad US police is...What is this place.Inside of the room is a bit dated too, it looks all and shiny on the photos but in reality it all looks at least 30 years old.I wouldn't come here again.
