  : There was no breakfast let alone a bottle of water. The only thing was good was the location. You pay for the location being on south beach across from the beach but I love comfort cleanliness & great service more so a view or location & we got none of this!! Beeare
  : There was roaches head board to the bed filthy sliding patio wouldn’t lock chipped floor tile water leaking out of the vent over the toilet. They charge $250 for incidentals but we walked into a hell hole!! They wouldn’t accommodate on changing out room plus they wouldn’t give us fresh sheets or towels we had to purchase some from the novelty store next door to the hotel. Beware!!!

  : Dirty sheets...smells like Raid walking in...found cockroaches in the hallway. Dirty couches as soon as walking in...dirty walls...stains on carpets throughout.
