  : Tanja at the front desk is inviting, helpful, professional and very nice. Beds were super comfortable. Trinity was also helpful when I had forgot my cup in the refrigerator and my key had timed of out at 10:45am. She took me to the room with a master key so I could retrieve the cup.
  : Shower in 213 ran in a steady flow when bathtub water running, getting all over the place and making a huge mess. There were hairs from the previous guests all over the tub, I’m sure the housekeeper is limited on being able to clean the tub unless she wants to work the rest of her shift soaked from head to toe. The water was dripping all over the toilet, floor, some drops even made it to the sink. Only issue I had during my stay.

  : Room only made up once during 8 night stay. No toiletries provided. They hold more than the cost of your reservation on your credit card and refund it 10 days after your stay ends, despite already paying for the accommodation up front.
