  : Beautiful apartment with tasteful interior, very clean, huge tv with netflix, small kitchen with the essential, could have used a towel in the kitchen to dry the dishes. The location was great, very central but still very quite, there was almost no noise coming from the street.
  : On Sunday, the hotel staff used a spare key on our door to fix something in the apartment, which locked our key and consequently, locked us out of our room at 7pm. I tried calling the emergency number but it was busy, so I texted. After 30 mins they answered me, to tell me that they are in a call (what good is it to have an emergency number to spend 50 mins on the phone and not answering clients who are locked out of their room?). I had to insist that we cannot enter our room anymore with our key and even send a video for them to react. It took them more than 1h to come to open the door for us with the spare key. In the end we spent 2.5 hours locked out of the room after s long day in the city. The staff gave their excuses but did not offer a recompensation in some form. After I insisted, they offered us a change of sheets, towels and more coffee/water, which would otherwise cost 70 euros. The incident was unfortunate but the handling of the incident was unfortunately not professional nor customer oriented and left us disappointed.

  : Very good location, close to metro and the central station. Quiet neighbourhood with mini market close by and easy self check in with excellent staff service.
  : There isn't something I didn't like but we could use some lights by the bed.

  : Lovely modern open plan apartment with a huge balcony! Really well located in a cute neighbourhood with a bakery right outside and a few local bars nearby, but with super easy access to the Duomo etc on the metro. Very easy to self-check in as we arrived in the early hours to the morning.
  : A mirror in the main lounge area wouldve been great as the only mirror was right outside the bathroom and it was very cramped for getting ready.

  : The worse experience in my life! Please , do not fall in this Italien crap as I did. Any other 3 or 4 stars hotel will be more comfy and cheeper at the end!
  : Horrible area (only brothels around) and absolutely not safe area of Milan. Reception is closed in the evening from 6 p.m. Old (with holes) and dirty bed sheets already on check-in date. At the end I was charged 100 EUR caution as after my check-out they told me the sheets were dirty (after one week of stay!!!) and they can't remove it (they even don't try to wash it!!!, photos which hotel sent to me will be attached) as this horrible place don't clean your room and don't change any sheets during your stay. After I tried to make a complain, general manager Nikolina told me in mean way that they going to block to me and do not communicate anymore (we contacted via WhatsApp). The room was very cold (even after I started heating) and loud (I could hear everything outside of my room). Coffee mashine in room was from Nespresso and for 6 nights to stay I got only 3 capsules (they only can be bought in own stores and not in any supermarket). Many times during the day absolutely no water in the room!!
