  : Location, dishwasher and bed mattress were good.
  : The spacious apartment was located really close to two metro stations, which made transportation easy.However, many things still didn't go as well as one would expect from this sort of accommodation. Before the trip, the staff member contacted me asking about the planned check in time. I said that we will check in ~20:00 as per current flight schedule. He requested to keep him updated, if any changes occur with the flights.On the day of travel, our flights were delayed by ~1 hr, and I informed him that we will check in ~21:00 - 21:30. At that point, he started asking for more accurate details, even though I told him the scheduled timeframe when coming to do the check in. He answered, that he has another check in at the same time. We were thinking what? First asking to inform any changes occuring on the traveling day, and when informing, then it's customers who need to accommodate the service provider. He told me, that he needed to check if the other scheduled check in will happen on time, if so, we will have the check in at 21:30. He never confirmed us on this, until I called him 20:43 on reaching the hotel apartment. At that point, he informed us that he is on his way. After waiting for 30 mins outside the hotel with our luggage after a full day of travel, I texted him enquire where is he missing where he informed us that the check in will be AROUND 21:30. So basically, we waited 45min for the check in outdoors with our luggage in that hot weather. Unbelievable and as unprofessional as it can get.Normally if the guest want to check in after 21:30, they have these fees for late check in, which obviously in this case we didn't need to pay as it was his fault but we should have asked for waiting fee for every minute we waited.The second incident was, when I contacted him 2 days later for restocking toilet paper. To our surrprise, the answer was they offer only a welcome set in the beginning which consists of 3 toilet paper rolls.

  : the location is great
  : it was really dirty. the toilet was dirty and full of dust, we found yellow and brown spots on the bed sheets and towels, pubic hair on the floor and in the shower. Really disgusting. When we complained, almost no apology was made and no one came to give us new sheets and towels as promised. For the amount of money it was really really bad. In addition, it is extremely loud. you can hear everything from outside and from inside the building making it very hard to sleep.

  : The location is great! The metro station is very close so you can reach to different points in the city. Also you can reach pretty easy to the "Statizone Centrale" for the airport buses/trains etc. The bed is confortable, the temperature can be set by thermostat and you can adjust it.The host was very helpful and kind to let us check in early.Many restaurants to eat nearby.Grocery stores nearby.
  : As the others reviews says, it's a bit noisy at night due to the restaurants nearby, but at midnight they stop. I don't think it's a major problem, but could be fixed by isolation.At the cleaning part, in my opinion it could have been a little better.

  : The fact that it had two separate rooms, one used for the adults and on for the kids. Enough storage space in the wardrobe/ drawers. Ironing equipment. First storey and a working elevator. Safe surroundings. Civilized neighbours. Close-by restaurant.
  : Only one AC, in the living room. Really hot in the bedroom (June, 30C). Old windows, not closing, a lot of noise from the street. Squeaky bad in the living room. Shower needs update. No wardrobe/ drawers in the living room. No bowls, no paper towels.
