  : The location is perfect, 50 meters from the duomo. The apartment is big with big windows. It has everything we need as a family.. no deposit was taken from us.. the lift is working and easy available.
  : As In many Milans apartments.. noises from city trams should expected.. it was not a problem for us anyway.

  : The location of the property is amazing. Close to all the main sites and attractions .
  : - the property left only one toilet paper for 4 adults for 2 nights- they need to deep clean the toilet basin. - there are two previous reviews where the guest writes that they informed the property that the remote control of the TV does not work to which the property manager informed them that they had checked it and everything was alright. We also wrote about it to the manager and they replied that we must not be doing something right . After we changed the batteries and realized the remote was just broken and having read the previous reviews we understood that obviously the remote does not work and instead of replacing it they tell people that they are doing something wrong and don't know how to switch the tv on. It would be more honest to just say the control does not work. It would not be the end of the world..-last but most important the mattresses need to be changed.

  : Couch needs to be repaired or replaced. The arm rest is totally worn out and damaged.The air conditioner is not efficient, basically only fan mode.The bed is too small. It is "double" size. Needs to be at least "family" size.

  : I love the surrounding and very near to Metro
  : The room and staff - the heater just shut down and the lights in the room was not cooking. Called the staff however gave many excuses that the service guy unable to fix it due to Covid. The place should be well maintained or at least checked before the guests checked in. Overall only the surrounding is great other than that nothing

  : Bed too small. Queen size bed is needed.Air conditioner is not efficient. Basically blowing out coolish air.Sofa needs to be replaced. Arm rest is so worn.
