  : Very friendly and helpful staff, they responded to any questions I had via booking.com very quickly. Great location, easily walkable to the centre of the city. Room was spacious and comfortable.
  : I was allocated a room in the opposite building, and as a solo woman I would have preferred to be in a room next to the reception. Didnt like that anyone with access to the rest of the building could get into the lobby/corridor outside the bedroom doors. The electric shutters werent explained to me so spent some time figuring out how to close them (initially didnt even know there were shutters until I looked at other reviews). Shutters were very loud when opening or closing and if your neighbours operate them you will be woken up. Neighbours were quite loud coming back to their rooms at night, banging doors etc.

  : The staff was very polite and helpful, particularly on day 1 when we had to store the luggage before the room was ready and they took it into our room once it was ready. Cleaning is done daily, including towel change. Location is excellent for sightseeing, 10 minute walk from the Duomo, 2 minutes from Missori metro station.
  : Only 1 set of keys was provided (I asked for another, but it wasn't possible), which meant we could not split up to explore different parts of the city without coordinating when to return. The room is not really a room, more like a section of corridor that was boxed in and furbished, so it's small and weirdly shaped. Since it's just a couple of meters from the reception, you hear everything happening there (no soundproofing on the door). There is intense construction work next door going on from 7am so forget about sleeping in the morning. Windows are huge but you have to close the shutters for privacy as it's ground floor so natural light is not really there. Sink is next to the beds instead of in the bathroom, which is unhygienic and also means you cannot complete bathroom activities without bothering the other person who may be sleeping. There is no wardrobe, no shelves for clothes, no space to place suitcases, no nightstands (2 miniature tripod chairs are supposed to act as nightstands but they are barely big enough for the phone), no refrigerator, no desk (not a single place in the whole room big enough for a laptop to be placed for any kind of work), and only a tiny table barely enough for coffee cups. I was told the drinks in the minibar were free. The "drinks" consisted on 2 small bottles of water and 1 can of lemon soda, none of which was refilled during the stay. We also got only 4 coffee pods for the 4 nights of stay for the two of us, which were not replaced. Overall, really poor amenities for the kind of money asked. The biggest saving grace is location, but there must be better options with similar pricing. Advice to owner - invest in some furniture, move the sink to the bathroom where it should be, do soundproofing of the door.

  : The apartment is in the city center, everywhere can be reached on foot. The apartment is well equipped and clean. Very friendly staff.
  : sound insulation between the apartments is almost non-existent. the electric lowering of the blinds is quite noisy. late check-in, after 9 p.m, is not possible.

  : Staff was wonderful. Clean and well thought out for the limited space. Close (3 blocks) to metro station. Provided water and fridge was good to have.
  : 'Closet' was make shift and minimal. If a better closet or hanging area were there, it would have taken up a lot of the limited room, but for a longer stay, it would be inadequate. I was not there for Design week, but the dates ended up overlapping exactly. The price was hiked way up because of that, so it was definitely overpriced for the room; basically 600-700/night that week. But because of the week, there was limited avalability elsewhere. Would be worth 150 on a normal basis, I'd say.
