  : My wife and I had a very nice time at this hotel. The desk clerks were very friendly and knowledgeable. The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The location of the hotel for us was terrific as we went to a couple of Twins games at Target Field. There was a good variety of restaurants close by, our favourite was the Loon Cafe, just two blocks away.

  : The hotel was very clean. Located very close to Target Field, which was the main reason we came here. It is also close to the light rail system here in Minneapolis, which we used to go to the Mall of America. Staff here also extremely helpful and friendly. Breakfast was very good as well.

  : Front Desk Problem!I called ahead and talked to an agent at your facility and asked the question….can I leave envelopes for family members to pick up either tonight July 6 or morning of the 7th of July and he said that would be fine your family members could pick them up. The white envelopes were clearly marked in red lettering To Joe O’Brien in one envelope and the second envelope addressed to Bret Johnson. My name and phone number were also on the envelopes. Your agents, who I trusted, let me down as the tickets were lost. When trying to get the tickets at the front desk Bret Johnson was told the tickets were not there, your people actually review the video as I checked in at 5:05 PM the Saturday before the Twins game on 7 July The tickets were not found until right before the game. In fact your facility still has the tickets in their possession …very disappointed with the service as I would understand if I did not call ahead but I did and I was let down. I will never stay at your facility again as I like to attend twin games and your location is , very close to Target stadium but with that type of service, I feel let down Mr. O’Brien 4087 48th Ave NEMaddock, ND. 58348For the family, this is a once a year event because the game on 7 July Twins versus Astros was a peanut controlled game where we bring our grandson to the game who has allergies, especially peanuts, for the family to watch a Twins game together and we were let down by your agent losing these tickets Agent said he was Deeply sorry. I’m just wondering how deeply sorry your facility would be if I didn’t pay for the nights stay on 6 July 2024?Mr. O’Brien1.701.351.0577

  : Location was easy enough to find. Our room faced Target Field which definitely gave us a sense of being in Twins Territory. And that is was exactly what were were looking for since we specifically booked this hotel for the Twins games. The stadium is within easy walking distance as you can see from the picture, via the street or the skyway (which is secured entry). The staff was very friendly and all entry points were secure and accessible with your room key only. Also, I should add that the continental breakfast was one of the best ones I have see at a hotel.
  : Outside wall are a bit thin. We were able to hear sirens throughout the night. Since this hotel is downtown, it was expected that there was going to be some activity. However, I didn't expect to be able be woken up by the sirens. Also, our neighbors above us were a big rambunctious until about midnight. No fault of the facility.

  : The bed was awesome. It was very comfortable. The staff at the front desk was super helpful and kind. They gave me a room before the check in time, and they gave me bo problem at all at adding a second guest in the room, after the reservation being made.
  : The breakfast was fine, nothing bad. It was ok, but I expected more for the price of the room. The breakfast doesn’t match the quality of the rest, which is great. It was a regular buffet with eggs, patties, pancakes, juice… like many other common chains, and I expected it to stand out too.
