  : First, this place is for the homeless and druggies. That whole hotel needs to be totally remodeled. It's smells like pee and animal throughout the whole building. I did not feel comfortable or safe. There were 23 rooms still dirty. The housekeeper had to check in customers, so housekeeping and etc all by herself. She has short blonde hair. She is very angelic.the curly long brown haired girl was rude. I should've known, you get what you ask for. The lobby was just horrible. They need to tear that whole thing down and remodel from the floor up. The pictures do not match the real life view. I was scared. The curly head clerk knew I didn't like the environment and I said that I was scared. She said I can assure you, you are safe. When I came in there was a bum outside asking for change. I ended up staying with my friend because they refused to give me a refund. B
  : The bigger curly head desk clerk, should have been understanding. If you don't feel comfortable or safe. You shouldn't be so rude to a single female. Going into a dump with bums coming off the street. Then there was a guy there whose room wasn't cleaned and had to come back after 3:00 pm check in. They were so short staffed.

  : No staffFilthyDoors broken Had to make other arrangements as there was NO staff there. Waited an hour and being the state fair was in Minot other properties were over priced and cost me $145 more for 1 night

  : Easy to find, gas station next door was convenient.
  : Took too long to register, rooms smelt of mold and cigarettes, shower curtain was moldy, towels felt damp, air conditioner was leaking.

  : Lack of general maintenance, cleanliness, security, functionality, basic supplies, knowledge by staff. Would not recommend staying here unless you like staying in a place where you feel unsafe and dirty, and you lack the basics a hotel should provide.

  : this hotel was absolute hell. Thurs: When I checked in the desk attendant said it didn't matter that I paid thru booking.com and when I checked out my credit card would be charged again. We were given a key to our room, just two doors down from the front desk. The toilet wasn't screwed to the floor and every time we sat we thought we'd fall through. No light in the bathroom. Floors hadn't been vacuumed. We wouldn't sleep in the beds but luckily we had pillows and quilts in our car. Friday: no one at the front desk 8 a.m. No one at front desk 9 a.m. Shower didn't work. Headed out shopping and came back around 6 30. No one at the front desk. Our key no longer worked in our door. There was a public washroom in the hall across from our room and opened the door and no exaggerating - there must have been something dead in there the smell was so bad. We finally called the Texas number (we were in North Dakota) and Cellie, the manager answered. She called someone and finally we were let into our room. Despite paying for 2 nights, we had been checked out. His solution was to move us. First room he showed had a smell of urine and vomit. The second room he showed had a broken bed and huges moth like holes in the carpet. Best option was to stay in our room. Cellie showed up later and was not even interested in the fact that our room was in such disrepair and made no attempt to get a maintenance guy out to at least fix the bathroom light. Her solution was to leave her a note. We got to see prostitutes outside our room and people partying outside lobby doors.

  : The place could have been good as it's near the venue of our event but our fully paid room for 2 days simply went to the pocket of the motel owner but didn't provide the service we paid for at all.
  : EVERYTHING! The fully paid room for supposedly 2 days stay WAS NOT USED AT ALL because the staff didn't prepare the room at all, even after waiting for 3 hours and the receptionist was very rude.

  : Somewhat clean, although carpet not vacuum, but looked new?; fire alarm missing, faucet sprayed all over, toilet wobbly. Best thing was price; I guess you get what you pay for?
  : We were warned after we had gotten there not to stay as bad area of town & known drug dealing hangout & unsafe. Nobody there for 1.5 hours to check us in; couldn't cancel & get $ back. Next day could get into our room, until someone showed up to help us
