  : a tree had blocked the entrance, which according to the neighbours had happened 2 weeks ago, animal poo on the upstairs patio, dried on wee on the toilet seat. BBQ shown in the pics but wasnt there.

  : The key lock for private entrance. The host was very accommodating, very helpful, and nice. It was good for a very very last minute, as our original booking got canceled upon our arrival time.

  : Given a bit more tlc it would be a lovely place to stay
  : No answer when we tried to call the owner, no reply to email, office closed no one to contact, had to hang around for 3 hours in the heat as no one would answer my call, disappointed also as I specifically booked it for the pool only to be told the pool wasnt open, didnt know where to get the key to open pool gate then after several calls again was told it was the fob on the keyring, when we used it to open the gate to the pool it wouldnt work, hence another call for them to tell us the pool was closed, spoke to a few of the residents who have lived there for several years and they are unhappy as they cant get to the pool either as it is always locked and they have had to put up with this for a while now. The apartment is a lovely size with 3 terraces and great views, but their were ants in the kitchen and bugs everywhere, we were itching all the time we were there, also the doors and windows do not lock securely so we had to take our valuables with us when we went out. Afer contacting the owner via watsapp, I asked for my money back as we were not happy about the pool and living conditions on the first day, I stressed I am a travel agent with my own business and wouldnt dream of treating my customers like she had with such lack of response to my enquiries and made no contact again when i asked for a refund.
