: Excellent location, great food choice and plenty of it, Friendly staff, large room, sea view and cleanliness.
: one very small item and fully understand why this time of year but would have liked the small shops being open. Definately NOT a moan just a thought.

: Gorgeous view from balcony of gardens, Mojacar Pueblo, pools and the Mediterranean. Nice to have an enclosed pool for cooler weather swimming. Great to walk along the beach across the street. Nice big room and bathroom, cleaned daily.
: Beds needed to be firmer for us; also needed more comfortable seating in the room.

: The hotel room and bathroom were comfortable and very clean. No problems at all.
: The indoor heated pool needs a good refurbishment. There was lots of mould round the edges and on steps which needs attending to. The whole concept of the bar and restaurant was not to our liking. Felt like as though we were in a cafe/canteen. The food in the restaurant was very disappointing. There was not much selection and the quality and quantity were very poor standard. We decided not to stay for breakfast the following morning because of what was on offer the evening before. We know it is end of season though the hotel is open through winter but found that obviously the catering is well below standard you would expect - frozen vegetables, frozen chips, the pizza and pasta did not look appetizing. The salad bar was poor not enough of anything! My husband thought it was a vegetarian bar. The show cooking was poor the chef was slow at cooking and so you had to wait and when we received it was not cooked properly. The icecream machine cannot have been switched on properly because the icecream was runny. Not good. The desserts were also poor not much choice and poor quality. We read reviews before we booked and expected something better. Does that mean you cater properly in the summer months? We went to bed hungry. We were looking forward to a night away even though we only live 1 hour away well what a disappointment. Needless to say we will not be back nor will be recommending the place. There are plenty of excellent hotels in the area for example the one next door Best Oasis Tropical which offers excellent food when they are open.
