  : Ok so the area feels a little neglected and definitely needs some tlc, not everyone's cup of tea but, the apartment was spotlessly clean and very spacious. Well equipped kitchen, beautiful clean, crisp bedding. We found the bed and pillows very comfortable. Clean towels and even a tea towel. The toilet rolls and hand wash a very thoughtful addition. Lots of terraces to enjoy the weather (unfortunately it rained for us) and a sea view. Peaceful area within easy reach of the rest of Mojacar. And the communication with the property was excellent even though we didn't meet anyone. For the price we paid we can't fault it and would definitely return.

  : it was very basic not enough cutlery for 2 of us we had to go buy some folks no Wi-Fi it wasnt very clean building work going on next door which we didnt know about it was very noisy

  : We were allocated house no 90 in a cul de sac at the edge of the development. Apart from Friday and Saturday evening it was very tranquil with panoramic views from the house and large balconies across the open green countryside to the mountains and coastline. The bedroom ceiling fan worked well and there was always plenty of hot water. The management kindly sent us a WhatsApp message on the afternoon of our arrival giving directions to the house and key and telling us that we would be able to enter the house earlier than previously advised. Whilst we never met anyone the phone was answered promptly and pleasantly. We especially enjoyed walking through the foothills along lanes and tracks to Mojacar Pueblo, which took less than an hour.
  : The urbanisation must have been lovely when it was first built but has become neglected in some areas. Whilst the living room and bedroom were fine, the outside areas, kitchen and bathrooms all needed attention.There was a shortage of cutlery, cooking utensils and suitable glassware.
