  : The building is quite old and a bit scary.

  : The location is next to the lake and close to Freddie Mercury memorial statue.
  : They have villa accomodation separated from main hotel which no lift to the room in 3rd floor. But the staff can help you to carry your luggage from reception to the room. Its just a bit annoying up and down with stairs which can be several times a day.

  : The localisation was great, with a nice view on the lake. Nothing else !
  : The employees were unprofessional for a supposed 4* hotel : we arrived at 10pm, the employees there were not sure about where our room was : "it is probably on the 2nd floor in the other building" ... our room was on the 1st floor, with a terrible smell of toilets. In a complete separate building, which means that for the breakfast we had to pass outside (rainy these days) in order to access the breakfast room. Of course nothing was said about it when we booked.The carpet in the lobby is dirty.The room was cold : of course, no doubble glazzing ! How it this possible in a 4 star hotel ??Should I say something about the breakfast ? Sausages, bacon etc were over greased, barely warm and, and : the coffee ! The worst coffee we ever had in a hotel ! Last but not least : no parking. There is a car park of a mall at 100m from the hotel, but there is no arrangement with the hotel, so we had to pay the full cost of the car park. Absolutely not acceptable for a 4*.If you can, find an Ibis hotel, it will be far better than this poor 4*.This "palace" is a real shame.

  : The room in nicely furnished and the lake view from the balcony is amazing. The location is also very good, it's 10 minutes walking from the train station and right on the lake promenade.
  : The room carpet was really dirty. The bathroom had a horrible smell of sewage.
