  : The location is the best parameter in that hotel. It is 10-15 min from Kremlin by walk, the place is full with life. There are plenty of nice restaurants, clubs, bars, also stores and markets, etc. The room was bigger than I thought, the bed was really comfortable, double king size. The staff were nice. Everyday changed the towels and cleaned the room.So I definitely recommend this place to everyone.

  : This is our second time staying here since last year's World Cup. We stayed for 4 nights and our colleague stayed for 3 nights. The location is excellent and the room's are consistently clean.
  : I don't want to get into a long-winded answer...basically, the staff are the main issue. If it wasn't for the fact that one of us spoke Russian, this stay would have been a disaster. Being able to speak Russian and having extreme patience is what salvaged what could have been an unfortunate situation as our reservations were cancelled two times. In fact, we stayed in Moscow 7 nights but left for another place for the final 3 nights. I do not think we will stay here again. There are other better and hassle-free accommodations nearby.
