  : Hotel is located in center and very nice location. From metro Kitay Gorad 10 minutes takes by walking. Room was good size and clean. It's old building but they did good restoration. I liked combination old building with modern furniture. Interior and furniture was good and living was comfortable.
  : When I booked hotel in photos they show great breakfast with various choices which you can select without limit but when I was they gave me a short menu with two choices. First: Boiled egg, omelet, fried egg.Second: Oatmeal, pancake, something like cheese cake, croissantDrink: tea and coffee from pot, juiceYou should select from top 3 and they'll bring for you. Breakfast completely was different from that photos which they showed. About behavior of staff I should say some of staff was polite and they knew what is their duties and some of them completely rude and I feel they don't like their work and don't know what is their duties. Cleaning services of room also was different. One day I saw they didn't clean mirror, didn't change towels because they wrote in Russian that towels which you throw down we'll change and thats which hanging means you are using. About soap and shampoo they behaved very economical. Last day completely was without soap and shampoo almost finished. Water they put just first day, not more.Bed clothes and linens they didn't change completely and 5 days I used thats which were from first day.I think all of this stories which I said happened because any control or checklist of standards missed in their or a staff which check work as a supervisor.

  : Excellent bed, really good room and the location was very useful, even on a rainy day. Reception and bar speak English, not a given in Russia. GREAT shower.
  : Breakfast is nothing to write home about both tase-wise and in terms of quantity. Also, it starts being served at 8am so you may lose it if you have to leave for an early trip or an early run to the airport.

  : Lovely, friendly, comfortable hotel. Great lobby/ bar/ restaurant area where you can relax with a book or get something to eat from the menu with a wide selection of food. Fantastic value for money. All round wonderful hotel, I’ll go again x
