  : Hotel is new, staff was friendly, the room was clean and cozy. Reception smelled like heaven, I don't know what they use in that humidifier, but it was a very welcoming smell. Very good location, walking distance to city center, a couple really good restaurants just round the corner.
  : Wifi was really bad, I could not work or stream anything. Room was smaller than expected, even though the size on the website seemed standard, somehow felt much smaller. Price was over 300 euro a night, so did not meet the value for money.

  : The breakfast buffet was marvelous in that only-in-Germany way, with a large, diverse selection of fresh, yummy foods. The hotel is but a ten-minute walk from the Munich Hbf (which remains under construction as has been since at least my 2008 visit to Munich), which was convenient, and the staff worked very hard to please, even while dealing with a temperamental new computer system that delayed check-in. Despite those challenges, staff remained cheerful, friendly and attentive to our needs. The bathroom had sufficient room, including a decent-sized shower with a door that closed and prevented water from getting all over the floor (unlike a couple French hotel showers I had on this trip).
  : The room was dinky. It was literally so small that I could stand without expending any effort to touch both walls at the same time. There was no place to put my suitcase except on the floor, which then blocked access to the rear half of the room. Still, it was fine for one night, and as I had previously opened the window before laying my suitcase down and opening it, it wasn’t a major concern.

  : It was extremely hot. Seemed like the hallways were kept at 30 degrees. first night I slept very poorly because of the heat. Airconditioning was very complex to understand. First night I came to the conclusion it could only heat up the room and was thus useless. Only the second night I got it to cool a bit, but even then it was way to warm. Which is unnecessary because the outside temperature was not that high at all.
