  : The location seems central, close to the train station.
  : I couldn't stay at this hotel, so couldn't rate the cleanliness and other facilities.We, a family with 2 children arrived at the hotel at 11:15pm. I talked earlier regarding our late arrival and was assured to expect no issues. After our arrival I rang the hotel and the staff told me to come to the back of the restaurant to collect the key from him. In a rainy night, I went at the back and rang the bell to find no one. Then I rang the number again and again to find no answer till 12am. At that point, we started to panic. We started to call various hotels for availability. A few hotel guests, neighbouring staff tried to call the number and knocked the restaurant. I sent several messages via booking.com too. The next door pub was about to close at 1am and a staff came forward to help. He kindly called the sister Hotel Amba reception and tried to open the safe without any luck. Then he requested Hotel Amba to arrange a room for us for that night, which we could get luckily. Had this guy (unrelated to the hotel) not helped us, who knows what situation we'd have been.The Deutches Theatet hotel staff didn't bother to come in front to hand over the key knowing that we're waiting in front. Next morning I was told the key was left in the box, which was useless without informing me in due time, and without access instructions. The staff also apologised and offered a free breakfast. I appreciate this. But does it compensate for a family in an unknown city in a rainy night with nowhere to stay? The hotel staff is simply IRRESPONSIBLE.

  : Staff were brilliantly accommodating, from late check in to storage of luggage to allowing us to use the phone when ours went working. Room was massive, beds were comfy.
  : Only one key per room...we were a group of three. I went to leave the hotel for a short period when the other two were sleeping - I didn't want to take the key but didn't want to be locked out or have to waken them to get back in. This is the ONLY downfall.
