  : Location was great with easy access to S-Bahn trains. The breakfast spread was fantastic.

  : Central location great for exploring Munich. Apartment good size for a family of 5. Hotel staff had a lot of good restaurant recommendations. Courtyard bar at hotel was relaxed for a chill out drink at end of the day.

  : There was a very disgusting smell that we could not tolerate, which prompted us to book another hotel for the same period and bear the costs, as our reservation in this hotel is non-cancellable after arrival. We kept this reservation in place until the end of the trip, and came every day to check if the smell had gone, but it remained at the hotel until we checked out on the last day.

  : The apartment is very centralized. Great location. Few minutes from main transportation and old town. Staff is super friendly and helpful
  : Kitchen is not well equipped. Apartment is missing basic instructions regarding the air conditioning and lighting systems as they are somewhat technologically advanced and not straight forward.

  : The Apart hotel is modern and largely well run. Our room which had a kitchenette was very good and functional. It's a great multicultural part of Munich to stay, with lots of great restaurants nearby, like the Bab al Yemen and La Vecchia Masseria. It's really handy to the tram, Hbf, U and S bahn, as well as the City. We didn't try the breakfast as we thought it was too expensive. The staff were wonderful and friendly on all occasions. We would stay again!
  : One evening when returning after dinner we were locked out of our room corridor due to a fault. It was fairly stressful waiting for an hour not knowing if or when we could get back into our room. In the end it was fixed and the hotel gave us some compensation - some credit to them. The desk staff were very good but they were overwhelmed with different issues: more staff are needed on duty during the evenings. Also, our room faced Sonnenstr. and there were often emergency vehicles passing with sirens blasting. You could close the double glazed windows, so it was ok.
