  : We were harassed the entire week by the "board member" owners about having a small dog with us. Apparently, they have changed the rules to only allow owners to bring their pets. As of this post, Booking.com still lists this unit under "Pets Friendly", but when we booked it said "Pets Allowed". Neither are true. We received in-person threats from the owners telling us to pack our bags and leave or we'll be charged $100 "per instance", whatever that meant. We were also hassled by Turnkey Vacation Rentals numerous times. They texted, called and when we reached out to them they were very rude and condescending about the whole situation. We tried to reach out to local law enforcement for their assistance in the matter, but were told that the issue was between us and the rental agency. Somehow they managed to respond after I confronted the property manager and made it clear that I would not allow him or his team to continue harassing my family. We witnessed other guests be harassed by the same group of people for other minor instances of "not following the rules". Needless to say, the environment is not suitable for a family vacation. Stay far away from this place if you want peace and quiet!
