  : the property was gorgeous
  : the person below us would complain about us having to walk around. the manager gave aid a warning because the person below us is the property manager and says he does this all the time and will call the cops. we literally had to walk o. our tip toes!

  : Didn’t know it was 3rd floor. we are seniors and son-in- law has chronic asthma. didn’t know it was bike week. very noisy! numerous repairs needed in unit.

  : It looked beachy and had lots of light. We felt safe there, although there was no security and only limited access to the office for questions/issues. It is a one-block walk to the beach public entrance, which was a nice walkway with restroom and shower.
  : Needed a refresh of the wood trim & maintenance for door knobs & wall damages. I assumed these were individual units rather than condos and ended up on third floor walk up. We are senior citizens with bad knees & backs and very heavy luggage.Dishes & utensils were dirty (in cabinets/drawers). Advertisement should be very clear that these are “condos”.

  : One block from the beach , gas stations & stores close. Had everything a normal home would have, cute decorations & colors, 2 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms,
  : Was hot in our room, no elevators, air vents leaked water, flooring tiles under bed in boxes (should have stored extra products else where) , & floors & counters weren't fully wiped down, lint & sand still in dryer from last group . Also weirdly the standup shower had an odor unpleasant.

  : I had to pay for more toilet paper and trash bags. The office didn't supply more. We were there for 5 nights. You would think for the price I paid they would have given us more.
