  : The location was perfect and the view from the room was stunning.
  : The house was not cleaned properly. There was dust and food that had fallen left under the furniture. I know this because my 11 month old found a grape. My mother in law ended up cleaning the unit because the top of my babies feet were filthy after crawling across the floor. The curtains were filthy and the rod fell every other time we tried opening them to see the ocean. There appears to be water damage and black mold in the kitchen and bathroom. The furniture was not comfortable at all. The twin bed felt like you were sleeping on a board and the queen bed you could feel the springs.The deck is dangerous for young children with metal edges peeling and are very sharp and cut my babies shin. There was a wasp nest on the porch as well that was not addressed. Also the deck to the beach was falling apart and did not feel sturdy. Very old and should be replaced, not safe for children. And lastly, the six flights of stairs that you need to climb can be very exhausting after long days and when loading and unloading your vehicle. For the price we paid we could have had a oceanfront hotel room with better facilities and an elevator.

  : The property needs much updating. Cobwebs dirt on the ceilings around the vents with a lot of water damage on the ceiling as well. Also drywall flaking which needs to be repair and paint.

  : Had to walk up 4 flights of stairs(no elevator), door was very hard to open, sliding glass door hard to lock if it did lock, no ladder for top bunk, cookware old and peeling, no guide on tv
