  : The pools were closed by DHEC!! There was never any staff at the front desk of the driftwood building.

  : I didn't like that the floors were dirty and the dishes were horrible, the stove was nasty the property could use a cleaning. I got a parking ticket because I couldn't get a parking pass...

  : The total price was fantastic of $297 for the off-season week. Fantastic view of the ocean from the 14th floor balcony. Studio unit was small yet had all the kitchen essentials of a small sink, stove/oven, microwave, fridge, etc. Great location within moderate walking distance of the Boardwalk to the south. Parking was free and plentiful (it was off-season). Plenty of restaurants and activities in the area.
  : You have to be aware of your surroundings at night. Almost every evening we were approached by people in the parking area looking for money or "services" if you know what I mean. "Free" Internet service was terrible and often unusable. While the kitchen area and beds were very clean, a nightstand had dried food over it from previous renters. One of the two beds could use a new mattress. Some of the towels strongly smelled like cigarette smoke (possibly from employees smoking where the towels were stored?) Hotel slightly dated, although floor we stayed on and room were nice.

  : The smell of marijuana, the location, the stains on the sheets, the garbage that surrounded the hotel and the hallways, the kicked in/broken door a few rooms down from us, and the employees/management.

  : It was easy to get in and out of. It had a great view even though we were on ocean view not ocean front. But we enjoyed our stay. The room was clean but I didnt like the way the beds was made. But it was all right. I would stay there again. Thank you for letting us stay there.
  : There wasnt anything I really didnt like. Except the way the beds were made. But its a good place to stay.

  : It was extremely dirty. I had to go buy cleaning supplies to clean the bathroom, the sheets & blankets had sand and hairs , the dishes provided were minimal and dirty. The tv picture was poor quality. We were only given one pillow each person and when asked for more we were told we werent able to get more. When we asked for clean towels, toilet paper and a trash bag for the trash can in the room we were told there would be additional charges for that. Then we werent told what to do with the towels so we put them in the linen shoot because we asked a man vacuuming the hallway and he said thats is where we could put them, so many was taken from our 150 deposit.(they tried to say they sent messages with instructions but didnt until after we had checked out and already been gone from the place for at least an hour.) ps. I literally checked everything they sent me to look for those said instructions. The elevators smelt. The entrance drive way to unload your car needs to be redone, when pulling in there is a huge hump/dip that scrapped the whole bottom of my car. People were smoking weed on the Balconies and we could smell it when standing outside. At this point the list could go on. This place was horrible, as well as the customer service. I asked to speak to a manager and was tossed around everywhere. Anyone we talked to in the area knew how bad this place was and then even talking to the people staying there they had nothing but complaints as well. I took a video off the room, I also took a picture of the dirty water in the tub from scrubbing it, as well as a lot of other things.

  : The room was nicely decorated and pretty clean on arrival. It had oceanfront access, a balcony, a fully working kitchenette, and a bathroom with a tub and big mirrors. It was a perfect little room for the week. Also liked that they permitted 18 year-olds to book the room.
  : Not many complaints about this room except that a couple of the appliances were a little old: a few of the burners on the electric stove seemed to wobble a little when we placed pots on them, but no major issues there. The only real issue of note was that the front cover of the ac unit repeatedly fell off of the wall when we tried to use it.
