  : Our room 312 was on the corner between the Main Street and the beach.Was a little noise Also they accept dogs Some were barking but my main problem I am allergic of dogs

  : The rooms was infested with bed bugs and roaches I was under the impression when booking that the rooms were together they were in separate buildings and it only said 100 dollar deposit come to find out it was 100 per room so 300 dollars and there was no management to speak to about anything worse experience while vacating on the beach ever never again will I stay there then we paid for parking spots and we left out for 5 min and no parking spaces was available we had to take a chance on parking at another hotel because there were no more spaces also it said that it was a living room with one of the rooms and two queen beds well one of the queen beds was in the living room so no living room space at all just a bedroom with a couch the kitchen had no room and no utensils we had to go buy pots pans and silverware just all around bad

  : My family and I were appalled to find Roaches in our room at the end of the night! Upon returning to our room after a day at the beach and family Kingdom, we bought food and returned to south Seas resort!! When we turned on our lights Roaches scattered everywhere!!! There was even bugs in our beds!!!! We had to vacate the premises at 2:30am in the morning! We rode around for hours inconveniently looking for a decent place! I intend to retrieve my funds back for this stay along with an apology! I was ignored by staff along with my plights and complaints being ignored as well as belittled!!!! I was told that management was unavailable even though my matter was immensely urgent!!! I will never stay at this location EVER again and I would urge you to refrain from sending citizens to this establishment!!!!!

  : They have big roaches & water bugs. On No utensils or pots to cook meals. Why do you have a stove. I wouldn't want to cook there anyway with the bug infestation. I would have left but I paid for my trip in full. This is unacceptable. I will never stay here again.

  : I loved the two private rooms and the view from the balcony.
  : There was no coffee pot or coffee in the room and no pots and pans or dishes in the kitchenette. And roaches were crawling everywhere.
