  : I received a lot of communication ahead of my visit which told me everything I needed to know. The only thing I had to ask was where to dispose of the garbage. There was great communication throughout the visit. The room was clean (cosmetically) for the most part. The bed was comfortable. There was plenty of towels and toilet paper for my two-day stay. The resort was right on the beach.
  : The location of the room was awful. If you don't mind looking at the AC compressors (and garbage around the roof) or hearing the loud noise....It was fairly quiet with the sliding door closed. The bathroom door did not close properly and it was old and beat up. There is nothing to hold onto in the shower so beware when getting in. There was not enough lighting in the "kitchen" area and no plug available on one side of the bed. So my phone had to charge across the room. There was lighting under the bed and over the chair that I couldn't figure out how to turn off so I had to pull the plug.....but lamps on the nightstand I couldn't get to turn on. The heating/ac unit was loud and even though I set it on "auto" it never turned off. So I turned it on for a while to cool off and then had to turn it off. The hotel was under construction everywhere and there was only one restaurant available. But the restaurant wouldn't serve us because of how we booked. So we had to go out at night in a dark unfamiliar area and walk to somewhere to eat. It was very unaccommodating and a big inconvenience. I got conflicting information about how to check out. When I made the phone call to check out what to do with the trash I asked about this. A text to the management was made and sufficed.
