  : The service provided by the staff at Coastal was excellent. They responded quickly to all queries.
  : The television did not work. The staff quickly responded, but it was not the cable promised.The property needs to be updated. The pictures on the site appeared to show an updated room, however, there was rust all over the bathroom and a damaged tub.The carpet needs to be cleaned, better still replaced.

  : Room needs repairs, paint, ceiling, etc. Microwave temp knob broken. TV has 3 permanent bright spots in screen. Could not get key card from management.

  : Great location, ocean view, beach access. All kinds of pools! Nice balcony. Great value!
  : Be nice to have queen bed rather than full size. Poor bathtub drainage. Generally old like most of Myrtle Beach. Only a single sink in bathroom. Water damage, ceiling peeling. Only one chair in room. Rickety table and chairs.

  : Like that I could see the beach from the room. The ease of getting to the beach.
  : The room was not as described in the listing. This is not a condo but just a hotel room that is in need of serious repair. The kitchenette consisted of a mini fridge and a microwave. The carpet was coming up in several places. The paint was peeling off the wall and ceiling. The bathroom tub had draining issues. The listing said two queen beds which were actually two small full size beds. The furniture was broken (table about fell to the floor when something was set on it). Patio table was cracked. The room obviously wasn't cleaned properly before arrival as we discovered a used contact lens on the back side of the bathroom sink. Cleaning towels that were supposed to be in the room were not there. All in all for the price that was paid for this room I am very disappointed and will never stay here again.

  : The room was clean, multiple pools
  : The hotel bar would not serve us & we were not eligible for any food amenities because we were “BNB” they checked our room# & would not serve us. We had to go elsewhere to get food & drinks- very disappointing!!!
