  : The staff was nice and met met the needs of my family. Our room was not ready when we arrived but they provided us with free breakfast vouchers at a nearby restaurant. The gave us extra towels and wash clothes when requested and allowed me to extend check-out to 12 instead of 11 so that my family had time to eat breakfast and come back to the room and pack without feeling rushed.
  : That our room was not ready upon arrival, the pool area gave ick vibes but I think it's just cause it's old. My children enjoyed themselves so that's all that matters.

  : The only positive/good thing I or my family could say was good about this property was the Italian ice stand at the pool area. The only other nice feature was we were early and they did allow us to use the pool for hours and hours until our room was ready.
  : I’ll start from the first day, upon arrival we approached the young lady working at the counter, she either hates her job or hates people. Either way we were not impressed with her poor attitude. We got to our room which was advertised as a two bedroom with one bedroom having 2 double beds, the other 1 double bed with a sleeper sofa - after check out it became a one bedroom with a sleeper sofa and a Murphy wall bed, in the pictures it suggests there is a door in reality there is not. There was a foot of filth behind the Murphy bed. The floors were disgusting, as you walked on them barefoot your feet would be covered with sand and dirt, I seriously feel the floors haven’t seen a mop in over a year. The bathroom and kitchen area was updated which was nice. The sofa had the entire end tore out of the bottom. This hotel does not offer room service so you are on your own with towels and bedding. The pool wasn’t bad, but in the pictures it is definitely a lot cleaner but so are the pictures of the rooms. This is by far definitely not a $300 or even a $200 a night hotel. While there at the pool I also over heard another woman talking about how she was up until 3 am scrubbing her floors because her room was so disgusting. So this is how I will sum it up - I got catfished 100%, the pictures looked great, the reviews seemed ok, but you couldn’t give me a free week to go back to this dive. Just a suggestion to any family wanting a nice vacation by pass hotel blue with a hard pass!

  : the wait for the elevators, the dead swim up bar, overall dead pool area no energy. the hotel next door had music late night and there pool actually had lights unlike our 1 light pool. The hotel layout sucks and why did i book 2 ocean view hotel rooms and got partial ocean view instead thats bs. crusty looking hotel overall
