  : great view. great facilities/pools and staff. there was a dangerous issue with the pool light that I reported. it was fixed quickly.
  : the room was very unclean and we had to clean aupon arrival. in the posting of the room we were not informed it was a rental and not part or the hotel. So we were left out of some hotel amenities/ no house keeping.

  : 1 parking space and they told me 2 when I booked. Bathtub floor was dirty. Cups and dishes smell bad, we didn’t use them. Sofa bed in bad condition and very uncomfortable.

  : on the beach, multiple pools, playground, close to a lot of things, the wall bed was comfortable, my kids loved the lazy river
  : needs updated, cleaned better we have a busted bag of coffee grounds in the bottom cabinets there when we arrived, called to get more towels and they never came we had to wash the ones we had, called to get trash picked up and they never came for it either we had to dump at community dumpster, shower pressure SUCKS! king bed really uncomfortable and hard, seen a roach in the bathroom, the back of the stove where the buttons are is sticky and nasty and needs cleaned bad, in bad need of new pots and pans (I bought a big skillet at the store and left it for the next occupants) our A/C fell apart but the maintenance man did come in a timely manner to fix that he cleaned the air filters for us because they were absolutely disgusting.

  : literally everything, worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at in my entire life.

  : The room was beautiful. It included little things, such as dishwashing soap and laundry soap, that wasn't expected but truly helpful! It was just like staying at my own home.
