  : Asked about early check in and was told it was not an option due to new “cleaning” procedures for COVID. arrived exactly at check in time and the door code i was given did not work. spent 30 minutes on the phone convincing the customer service rep the keypad was out of battery. waited for a manager call. someone had to bring a physical key from another office and we waited exactly 2 HOURS from check in time sitting in the hallway after a 10 hour car ride.Got in to the condo and found it was filthy. I expected higher than normal standards due to COVID (especially since they rave about cleaning standards on the turnkey guest portal and we weren’t allowed in early because of it- but this was not even acceptable normal standards. One bed had hair in it. Huge dust bunnies under beds as well as candy wrapper. we moved one of the chairs in the living room and there was visible dirt underneath, clearly the floors had not been swept. Physical dirt in the bath tub, hadn’t even been rinsed out. Food crumbs and dirt on the counter, had not even been wiped, much less sanitized for COVID. The microwave didn’t work (the did bring a new one during our stay. Dust piled up on dresser drawers (clearly had not cleaned or sanitized these high-touch surfaces with COVID). I could go on. To top it off our car got towed because the parking passes we were given had nothing written on them and according to the security guard were invalid. I have talked to about 10 different people in their customer service dept and still waiting to hear back about some type of fair compensation for everything mentioned. Would not recommend a stay here to anyone. Hands down the worst vacation rental i have ever been in.
