  : Location was great, right on the beach, grocery stores, restaurants, and shopping centers all a short drive away. Housekeeping brought fresh towels daily, the pools were clean, room was satisfactory.
  : Front desk staff were not well organized but it's a busy hotel so I over looked that.. the main problem was I had been charged a deposit just because I booked online and amount paid in full made no sense to me but I paid deposit anyways because I was getting it back at checkout no problem except at check out while I took the car to gas up for a long drive home the front desk clerk refused to give my wife the deposit even though they gladly let her sign at check in and took her id. It took and hour to check out because of the situation, I feel that could have all went smoother. Also the parking is mad.. at some point I feel it could have assigned parking spots for rooms the parking garage is tiny and very steep entrance.
