  : Great size room, modern decor, hot water and good pressure, easy to access from Napoli Cntrale / Girabaldi and the airport, generous breakfast (loved the pastries), big bed, quiet, luggage storage. We appreciated the 07:45 breakfast so we could day trip to Pompeii and Vesuvius.
  : Bathroom drains were smelly, we simply shut the door and all was well

  : The breakfast was a huge dissappointment! They brought machine coffee in tiny paper cups on a tray. And the only breakfast option was croissants or an extremely sweet mini tart. They were clearly bought in a bakery. There is nothing else to choose from. If you are coming for the included breakfast, don't! They give you a sheet (with typos) to fill in on the fist night and then they assume you'll have the same for the rest of your stay... the bathroom plumbing was very noisy and didn't work properly when you flushed. The location was good if you want to visit other places because it is in front of the main train station, but to visit the nice areas of Naples is at least a 40min walk. The room wasn't horrible and the staff was "decent", a bit rude and blunt when I mentioned the breakfast, but in general we were just dissapointed, especially considering the good reviews.

  : Very close to airport bus station and also the train station, good value for money if you want to explore Napoli and surroundings and just stay over night in the hotel. Breakfast to the room- you can choose preferred time. The area is not nice, but we were only passing through Napoli and appreciated it was close to the airport bus when we arrived in the evening. Is also quite close to historical center. Kind host, good communication and easy check in.
  : We did not like strong artificial fragrance in the room (but we use a lot of fragrance free products at home so may be more sensitive to this)

  : The location is appropriate if you are just passing by Napoli, as it is right in the Garibaldi Square, few meters from the airport bus station and from train station. You receive an italian breakfast in the room (milk/coffee/juice + croissant + butter). We were allowed to do self-check in at 11pm and that was good for us.
  : The facilities were outdated and poor quality. There is a motor for the toilet which is very noisy. Cleaning standards could be improved.

  : Clean and very close to the main train station. The bed was pretty comfortable and the blankets were fluffy.
  : The room was really tiny. They had a "desk" that was basically a drawer stuck to the wall with a chair, but there was zero space for your legs between the chair and the drawer, and just no space to move around the bed. I understand that I'm not paying for much, but I think you could organize the space better.
