  : receptionist telling us we dont need a blanket to sleep, then coming back later giving us a dirty blanket receptionist coming into the room knocking in the door like a madman in the morning while we're sleeping making me sign a receipt without any explanation (like that couldnt wait until after when I'm awake) Employees not wearing any mask but tbh thats that wasnt a problem compared to the rest The corridor to access our room was in the dark the whole time, at the end of the corridor was a 20 cm hole perfect to trip or even break some bones The isolation was non existent we could hear the ringing of the receptionist desk from our room door closed the location is beyond terrible, feels unsafe for 2 man, dirty and lawless. I recommend you to look into trip advisor ratings before booking here and you'll understand that booking.com is filled with false reviews for this place

  : it is difficult to find a property in Europe who can accommodate the size of my family. once you get past the front door and into the room, it was perfect.

  : The location was kind of a double whammy very close to central station and bus stops but the road itself is a little sketchy at all times.

  : No toilet seat, sketchy location, dirty sheets and room, ring a bell every time you enter (one for the building, and one for the floor) or you wont be let in. owner also chased us down, told me (a young female) he was watching me through the cameras and smiled, withheld our keys from us while our luggage was in our room, spit in our faces, and mocked our inability to speak Italian. he was racist and extremely rude.

  : clean bed and sheets. also we were given a large family room.
  : hotel is close to the train station but the surrounding street is noisy and felt unsafe. also washroom had only bidet and not proper toilet. lucky, we were staying for only one night.

  : The guy on reception when we arrived was extremely helpful and polite. He gave us a map of the city and pinpointed areas of interest and where was good to eat. The room was very clean, the beds very comfortable and clean, and the shower had good pressure and temperature. They even brought us a lovely continental breakfast right to our room in the morning. If the hotel was in a nicer location, I would not hesitate to give it and the staff 10 out of 10.
  : The only downside to this hotel is it's unfortunate location. I was in a group of 3 females, the oldest, being 73 and we did not feel safe in the immediate surrounding area. Others may not find the area an issue for them, I can only speak for my own group. We had also been told by others that the area wasn't good and to make sure we were back in the hotel by midnight, our stay was on a Saturday night so not sure if that is the case every night.

  : We enjoyed the most: leaving this hotel. Parking and station were close (<300m). We paid 28 for one night as the advised parking was full. City center was at 20/30min walk. The manager Nunzio was friendly and gave some nice advice. No one spoke English except him though.
  : Once you arrive at the street it will feel like a nightmare, it feels very unsafe especially at night. The shower did not work properly, it was a trickle of water.. also the bed is not comfortable at all, you will feel every spring. There was no sound isolation, the toilet flush of other rooms will wake you up. At night there were a lot of people talking loudly within the hotel corridors. Even though the hotel is expensive for what you get, we decided to leave (without refund) after the first (out of two) night to find another hotel. Breakfast is scanty.
