  : The location was easy as it was near the main train station. The air on helped remove the bad smell.
  : The heavy chemical smell is not needed and it feels like it is there to hide a natural bad smell of the place. The lift was not working (not very nice when you need to go upstairs to the 3rd floor with a heavy luggage), the contact/owner of the place doesnt speak English so it wasnt easy to communicate, but at least she was reactive. The quality of the decoration and the breakfast was really poor. The toilet bowl wasnt there so it was as if we were in clean public toilets.

  : It was very close to the train station and I was only there to sleep for the evening.
  : Everything else! It was horrible! The pillows were awful as was the bed. Hair on the towels. The shower didn't drain. It said it's soundproof... If you are looking for a quiet place to stay, this definitely isn't it! At all! You can hear all the traffic outside and also people in the hotel. I was ready to check out the second I got there but it was late and after climbing several flights of stairs to FINALLY find my room, I was a hot sweaty mess. Ohh... Yea... Good luck trying to find the place. It was also be very nice if the owner could tell you to take the right stairwell, as that would have cut off a lot of time and stairs for me to climb. And... They barely speak English. Good luck! He was more concerned being out with friends when he video called me than to care about a customer.

  : Location was great. It was so close to train station. Also, close to Pizzeria di Michele, 10 min by walking. I don't like the back streets and feel bad in Naples, that's why i liked here. Apartment is on the main street. If you want to go to port from here, you can get there by using metro with 2 station.
  : I didn't communicate with the person in charge in english. I don't know why, but she was thinking that I could understand Italian sentences when she shouted. However, i respect her good will and desire to help. There was no bidet in bathroom. Since the shower cabin has a halfdoor, everywhere in bathroom is splashing water when taking a bath.
