: The room was modern and tidy. Plenty of towels and shower gel were provided. The location of the hotel is good for walking around the city. The room had functional air conditioning. The cleaning went smoothly. We were allowed to store luggage in the room before check-in.
: The room was very damp and smelly. The wet towel never dried like wet clothes. There is no daylight in the room so it is necessary to shine a lamp during the day. The mattress on the bed was sifted. The surroundings of the hotel were as terrible as the whole of Naples. There were ruthless drivers, beggars, and tons of garbage everywhere. Our hotel was the cleanest place in all of Naples.

: people there were so kind and helpful. checking in, we arrived after the checkin time because of the delayed of airplane but they were just welcomed us so kindly, also we were struggling on the last day to go to the airport and the owner helped us to go there so kindly. thank you so much for everything.

: I liked that this room was close to the station and had shops nearby. The host was nice, he let us leave the baggages after checkout.
: As for the room itself, it was quite a dissapointment. It was very humid/damp, the smell because of that was super intense. I left my jacket hanged on the door of the closet and it started to smell really bad. I washed it 3 times at home and couldn't get rid of the smell completely. I was glad i left my other clothes in the suitcase, otherwise i would have nothing fresh to wear. Towels would not dry because of the humidity. The bed was uncomfortable and there was no natural sunlight in this room in the morning (this room was like half a basement?). The shower was pretty small and only had tiny shower head in the ceiling, no handheld shower head. The toilet was positioned very close to the wall, so while using it you would stare directly at the wall from 50cm.
