: Real Toledo is exceptionally well located on the main street in Napoli. Pasquale, the host, is extremely helpful and friendly. He even opened a thread on WhatsApp for us and sent us interesting information to make our stay in Naples more enjoyable. He gave us great advice on restaurants and places of interest worth seeing. We have never experienced such hospitality on our travels. There were also unexpected extras such as a welcome gift and free coffee, fruit, yogurt and mineral water. The facilities are comfortable, clean and safe. Breakfast, served at a cafe around the corner, was a typical Italian breakfast that fully met our needs.
: Nothing, our stay at Real Toledo was enjoyable.

: The room is spacious and clean, and it's nice to sit on the balcony in the evening and look over the street. The AC and shades kept the room nice and cool while we were there and the host gave us free water, yoghurt and fruits. The hotel is in a nice location, a stone-toss away from the old town. Upon arrival the host told us about the history of Naples as well as many attractions we should visit and in what order we should go to visit them. The host gave us his number and told us to contact him for any questions about anything, which came in very handy when we needed a number for taxis. Him and the cleaning lady also told us about many things, such as where we can park, what restaurants to visit nearby, how people in Naples talk, where to rent a car, etc. Truly lovely people.
: The check in was a bit confusing, as the rooms/hotel are located on the third floor, but this was a fault on our hand as well as we did not call to notify about our arrival beforehand. (This isn't exactly a fault of the hotel;) the breakfast itself was decent, but the guy taking our order tried telling us we could not get more than 1 pastry (+a coffee and a juice) per person for breakfast, eventhough the host told us he pays enough for 2 pastries + drinks. For the 2 days we did eat breakfast, we got into an argument with the cafe about it. The host did say he would talk with the place, so it might get resolved. You can hear everything the other guests are talking about in the room next to you, so keep in mind you have to be very quiet yourself as well to not disturb the other people staying there. I also wish we had been given 2 cards for the room instead of one and that there had been an actual blanket instead of a linen + fleece and a day cover.
