  : It would have been better if I was mailed about gate and door codes beforehand. We should have been told about breakfast in the restaurant. We got impression that breakfast will be served in rooms. Also it was mentioned in the description of the property that it is on third floor but it was actually on fourth floor

  : The location was central.
  : The description on the website said that the room would include complimentary toiletries, slippers, bathrobe and kettle. I found nothing in the room. The only toiletries in the bathroom was a shower gel that had obviously been left behind by the previous guests. The water was not going down in the bathroom sink. There was a blockage probably due to dirt and grime. There were two towels and they were small, very coarse and overused. The pink slips system for the paltry breakfast was never explained. It took several messages to the manager before he was able to respond. The room and bathroom was unclean in general terms. The bed and curtains had stains on them. The bed sheets and pillow linen were very poor quality and dirty. Most importantly, the manager never had the courtesy of knocking on my door to introduce himself. He remained anonymous other than through WhatsApp messages. He didn't give his name although I asked him because he knew mine. The website said that this room was on 3rd floor. In reality, the room was on 4th floor . If you have issues with carrying luggage , avoid this establishment as it does not have an elevator. Be prepared to let yourself in remotely. I was sent a confirmation that the manager would be there on my arrival at 9pm. Instead I received instructions on WhatsApp on how to punch in codes for entry to the building and entry to the apartment block. This is scary as the entrance is in a dark alley. The noise outside from the bar/ cafe / restaurant below was also over and above acceptable levels. The later it got, the louder things became until about 2am in the morning. When I returned to the room at 6pm after my first full day out and about, the room and bathroom had not been cleaned and the bed had not been made. No cleaning service. The prospect of a second night in an unmade room with the outside noise and no room amenities was not acceptable. I vacated the room. I trust booking.
