  : the location was perfect and overall the apartment was basic but had everything. very close to restaurants, grocery, metro. check in and check out was smooth and easy
  : there were small little details that could have made the stay much better such as - only one toilet roll for 4 people/4nights, broken soap dispenser, router that could hardly cover the whole apartment- so it was hard to work. no tablets for dishwasher, elevator where you had to pay 20cents for each ride. there is also very loud street under the windows so it is impossible to have the windows open.

  : The room was spacious and in decent central location. The apartment was well stoked with everything, including a washing machine [albeit, no washing powder].
  : The AIR CONDITIONER! The apartment was hotter than the summer city, and was barley ok to sleep in at night! I would happily rate this apartment with the highest score if I wasnt hot all the time!

  : Location. The spacious apartment is situated on a main street, so there are plenty of shops and nice coffee houses and restaurants on the same street. The ferry terminal is within walking distance, as is the Centro Storico. Next to metro station, so it is also easy to get to places further away. The building is nice and safe.Esthetics of the apartment. Really loved the high ceilings and the usage of color and decorations. Fully equipped kitchen. If you don't feel like eating out all the time, it's easy to cook your own meals here.Separate laundry room. If you have to do laundry, it's super nice having the washing machine in a separate space across the hallway instead of in the apartment itself.
  : Location. The apartment is on a busy main street so be prepared for a lot of noise in case you need to keep the windows open (the windows block sound very well, so if they are closed, there is no issue).Lack of coffee pods for the coffee maker. I tried to find the right ones in the nearby supermarket, but with no luck. Luckily there was a moka pot in the apartment as well, so we used that instead.The sofa bed is really uncomfortable. The bed on the balcony is good, instead, so if you are planning to sleep on the balcony, you'll be fine. The sofa is comfortable for sitting, it's just the bed part that we didn't like.
