  : This location was closest to where I needed to be in the morning.
  : There was homeless people as well as drug addicts lingering around and some sitting in front of property, it made this location look bad. I felt unsafe, glad I wasn't alone. Definitely wasn't going out to eat once it got dark. Fast food down the street had lingering homeless/drug addicts as well.

  : Only the one staff member who was running around like crazy trying to help everyone by himself. He deserves a better job. What a horrible place to work. He was so kind and as diligent as he possibly could be in his horrible situation.
  : To begin with the office clerk was alone running from one room to another, trying to accommodate guest, when I arrived so I had to wait about 10 minutes for him to be able to go to the office and help me.He helps me gives me my keys, I head to the room, and as soon as I pull open the sheets, there is hair and blood stains on the sheets. I called and called the office, but there was no answer, so I headed downstairs to again ro the office, and he has about 4 people in line waiting to check in, the poor guy is all alone and look like he's stressing. Its finally my turn, I tell him the situation he runs up to see and gives me another room. When we get to the other room, the room looks cleaner but has no conforter only sheets, and the sheets do not look that clean, and they smell. I call room service again, but he's no longer in the office he's helping other guests. So I had to go to the store target and buy sheets for my bed and my daughters bed. When I came back, he was in the office but had about 4 or 5 people waiting for him, and I just couldn't wait. I was so tired

  : The room was not clean! The room reeked of cigarette, even though it was a “non-smoking” room. The sheets had hair & mascara smears. The BED, straight springs, no cushion! Absolutely no comfort, I can feel the springs stabbing into my ribs all night! I immediately called to complain & request a new room but there was “nothing available”. The staff was so rude about it too, I couldn’t even get a refund or discount on the first unpleasant night! I checked out the next morning & booked a room elsewhere.

  : Room space was ok, cleanliness was good and breakfast a little bit more than ok. Location for mi was important because I use the trolley very often to go to downtown San Diego.
  : First, I found someone else food on the fridge. No hand soap available and the TV remote was not working. I notified to front desk 3 times with different persons and they took note of my complain and no body did nothing for the whole week I spent there. The breakfast option was very poor and always the same, with two of 6 without even yogurt.
