  : My room was super clean. I was a bit paranoid up first just because of previous reviews but I looked at the last four reviews in 2023 and everybody left a 10 so I went with that my room was super clean smells good surprisingly had cable TV, hot shower, comfy bed. The only thing I had issues was connecting to Internet, which wasn't a big deal because I have unlimited data. I come from Baja soooo Internet is not an issue for me.
  : It was Thanksgiving day. I felt uncomfortable with the staff because they weren't that friendly but they weren't too bad, they were friendly enough. It was Thanksgiving day, and I just wanted to check in2 hours earlier, but they would not let me. I got there at 2:45 PM and they let me check in. I run an actual bed-and-breakfast in the state of Hawaii so I know there's always an earlier check-in however it just wasn't available to me at the time which is OK and it's not their fault it specifically says check in 3 PM. I just would've liked to feel more welcome. Maybe if they were more friendly, it was not business such a big deal.

  : Room was not clean. They gave us a room with trash full bins and a used shower with hair inside. Front desk questioned my reservation as if I was lying. Never again.

  : Yes the stay there was very uncomfortable at first when the reception man was getting my confirmation number quickly he said if I broke any rules he was gonna call the police I was like what I have about 13 year old autistic third level son who is nonverbal still this man at the reception was taking this time I felt like very discriminated and very uncomfortable with his body language I believe that they should easin it up a little bit because I mean the rooms are like not all that and the price is not that reasonable so they can act the way that the man at the reception acted I see no need for all what he was saying so I just booked it went in saw his attitude
  : Okay so what didn't I like everything about the man at the reception was so negative and all on call for because without even knowing us he was looking at us from head to toe and said if you break any rules I'm calling the police very quick I was like what so I left because I was feeling very uncomfortable with what was said to us at the moment of our our arrival the staff was very poor poor staff very unprofessional very rude and not educated how you guys can probably progress I don't know I will never stay there ever in my life not even if you give me a free night no thank you cuz when I book a room for my son and me is because obvious I want to relax I want to get away from what I'm running from where I live at I want was a piece of mind did I get it no so while I stay there no ever not ever ever so thank you and I I expect no more emails from you guys with what has been said right now so you have a nice day and goodbye
