: The multiple rooms to accommodate a large group
: When booking this location, we were not aware it was the sister location 20 minutes away from the main location, 20 minutes away from all attractions. It also stated it was a lake view property but you cant view the water as there is a major highway in front of the house. This location is still under construction, and they are renting out villas too soon. They have quiet hours from 9pm-9am but construction workers were playing loud music and making noise with equipment after midnight. Our Villa had plumbing issues and fruit flies everywhere. They need to do a better job cleaning and the air conditioner was in full blast all weekend. We could only control the rooms. The game room that was pictured on the website was nothing like the picture and all the game equipment and seating were outside under the house and look as though it was never cleaned, very dusty, old and not well kept. The main location we were allowed to utilize the pool and facilities there. The female manager was very nice and listened to our concerns but not changes.

: The space was very roomy and the decor was very nice. Lots of space for a large family.
: We came in cleaning. The fridge, microwave, and coffee maker were all dirty. The bathroom had female products in the trash and opened chips in a drawer....yet, there was a 400 cleaning charge.

: The property is deplorable. Theres is three units inside this one property. You are in a house full of total strangers. With just a thin door separating you from ppl you dont know. There is loud construction going on at the property. Its dangerously close to a busy highway. Will never book or recommend this property. The construction guys were making advances at us and we werent comfortable staying and the property manager that met us on site assured they would refund us but now here it is a week later they are declining my refund request. Bad bad business
: I hated everything.

: We called the property manager over and over. No one was sent out to come check out the bug infestation or to clean the property. The bedding had hair in it, no remote to television & throw up was stuck on bathroom walls. When the cleaning lady came she didnt clean she left and she had her child so she left because we werent checking out. We had to clean the house ourselves. I will NEVER book with this company again.

: Feces in shower, I was told by owner that I would get my security deposit back and half of my cleaning fee if I stayed giving the property a chance. Next day I was told I wasnt getting anything back. The entire stay was bags of trash and food outside the place. It was a surprise engagement trip and the place of stay almost ruined it.
