Sonder — Tremé Flats

  : The property was very nice any beds were extremely comfortable. It reminded me of my own home home. The check in process was fairly simple.We did like that all of the appliances work efficiently
  : Upon arrival, we noticed that there were foot marks all over the floor. Also, most of the walls were dirty. After placing our luggage down, we left to get groceries and when we came back, we were locked out of our apartment. It took nearly 30 minutes for someone to come out and help us. All while our food items are melting, spoiling, etc. Might I add, WE WERE NOT COMPENSATED FOR THIS INCONVENIENCE. Also, we did receive a noise complaint and it was not our fault whatsoever. We also received a noise complaint at 9 PM and quiet hours started at 10 PM and the representative that I spoke to us was extremely rude. Also, the water pressure in all areas of the house was horrible. Also, we were told that there was no street parking in front of our vacation home so we paid for additional parking using spot hero and spent nearly $100 for the weekend just to see that we have parking in front of our own apartment. There is so much that Sonder leaves out and once you arrive it becomes a complete shock and youre arent prepared
