  : Breakfast was good, was able to find something, as we are vegan. Rooftop lounge and fitness center was very good. Location is very good, close to street car line.
  : I did not know the hotels pet policy. This could have been and oversight on my part. It is a pet friendly hotel, however, there are fees for pets. I'm just not one to want have pets around all areas.

  : Location and that's pretty much it. Walkable to the Superdome which is what I needed mainly to go to the essence fest concerts.
  : The front desk service, service in general. I returned from the essence saturday concerts late on 7/6/24 and couldn't get into my room. I was treated like a criminal by the man at the front desk working on the night of July 6th, 2024. I'm not sure what his name was. He was rude and accused me of having someone else in the room that put a deaslock on the door. Only to find out the battery on the sensor was dead. It was around 1 am after what seemed like one attempt, he alleged that the emergency maintenance couldn't be reached. Never once did he apologize for the inconvenience and he rolled his eyes everytime I asked a question or voiced my concern for not being able to get back into my room that night. He was very rude and spoke to me as if I did something wrong, when I was the one who was locked out of my room for the night due to a maintenence issue that was their fault. This was a very upsetting experience for me and I will not be returning to this hotel in the future. Also, the rooftop bar is never open and the bartender wasn't friendly in the downstairs bar. The only person who was helpful and apologetic was Ms Latanya who worked the front desk the next morning after I was locked out of my room. She was very apologetic and helpful! I still will not be returning to this hotel or recommending it to my friends when they travel to new orleans.
