  : The photo doesn’t reveal that there is 2 long flights of stairs... and with 8 people staying at this residence, the property owner contacted me to tell me that we had a noise complaint.... ummm yes, we were all exhausted from the stairs having to go back and forth! The owner mentioned something about “cameras “, of which when I asked for clarification, he stated “it’s a noise monitoring system” .....

  : Liked the overall space. Lots of space. Rooms comfortable and clean. Condo is close St. Charles trolley line. Close to Garden District and Magazine street area. Nice restaurants in area. Walgreens right around the corner. A local market half mile away.
  : Didnt recieve check in information til day of and had to call them several times before they finally answered. Overall space was good, rooms comfortable and clean. However, air conditioner thermostats didnt have batteries therefore wasnt working. Had to provide own batteries. Remotes didnt work for anything. Fan and tv in master eventually just stopped working. Neighbors on floor below have a door right on landing, it is locked but several times someone was there yelling on their phone. Lastly asked for later check out, gave us an extra hour but housekeeping still showed up at 10.

  : Location was good and trolley stop was very close. Went with family so it was nice to have all the comforts of home.
  : This property recently renovated but some the workmanship is poor ie loose floor tiles, Framing of some of the interior doors does not allow door to fully close. Overall these are minor inconveniences
