  : I loved how nicely put together it was! This is my second time staying at this hotel and I absolutely loved it.
  : I will say that not having a microwave in any of the rooms is a downside because if we bring left overs from a restaurant we wouldn’t be able to microwave them.

  : Great location for all main attractions. Close to restaurants, Times Square, subway etc. it was very clean and tidy and easy to navigate around. It felt safe and friendly. Despite there being a restaurant and bar open late into the night, it was very quiet on our floor. The only sounds we could hear were the occasional siren from passing emergency vehicles.
  : The room was small for a family of 4. It was ok for us as our children are 10 and under but it would have been a v tight squeeze with no privacy if they were any older. Got $30 a day per room to go towards breakfast or dinner however we are a family of vegans and there was nothing available. Fruit cups would have been a simple solution to this. Or, like many other locations, a croissant or bagel is an easy solution.

  : I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. Firstly, the bed sheets were not cleaned properly, which is unacceptable for any hotel. Additionally, they charged $5 for a bottle of water, which is exorbitant.To make matters worse, the front desk mixed up my order with another guest's, resulting in an extra day's charge. They initially blamed the issue on their system, claiming it was a name display problem. However, after persistent questioning, they finally admitted their mistake. Even then, they overcharged me as they did not apply the discount from my booking.I spent a lot of time and energy explaining their mistake because the staff kept giving ridiculous excuses. The real issue was the front desk staff's lack of professionalism. The compensation offered, free drinks on the 1st and 2nd floors, was useless, making me feel completely cheated.

  : Rooms far too small for our liking. Staff monitoring door at Fleur were not very welcoming to MOXY hotel guests on the night they hosted a ticketed event.
